Dermott HehirDear Leon, For 12 seasons now you have been one of my favourite players and you always will be. You have given me memories that will last a life time. I'll never forget turning up to the MCG on a cold Friday night with my old man to see us take on the Blues in 2009. That night you kicked two of the most amazing goals I have ever seen, the second of which I was with in 30 meters of me. Being so close to that goal made my night. No doubt my favourite moment of yours was when you kicked that important goal in last years Drawn Grand Final. At the time I thought that was the goal that won us the premiership, I went nuts. Despite your first 11 seasons as that magical forward this year was my favourite of all your years. Watching your amazing skills of half back, along with your good mate Andrew Krakouer's freaky goals was easily my highlight of the 2011 season. I would have killed the see you win the premiership which you deserved at Collingwood but there is no doubt you are still a part of our 2010 premiership team and you will go down as a club legend. Thanks for everything mate and good luck for the futrue! From your biggest fan, Dermott Hehir.
